Shipping & Delivery

Prices displayed on our site exclude delivery charges. This fee is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Add simply items in your basket and proceed to the order page, where methods of delivery with their prices will be offered. Our main carriers are UPS and Purolator. We have the best shipping rates to enable our customers to save on transportation costs. Once the package leaves the warehouse, it is supported and covered with a protection against failure by the carrier. In addition, we provide you, by email, the tracking number so you can know in detail the movements of your package. It may be that there is a delay of several hours between when the tracking number is provided and when the information is available. In most cases, the delivery time is one (1) or two (2) working days. For certain products, it may be that this period is longer. In this case, the client is informed of the additional delay. Also, if you are not present during the delivery, you’ll need to go and get your package at the collection point for your location. The carrier will leave a document with the necessary information. No delivery is made outside Canada.

We have many promotions on selected products, some gifts are available with the purchase of certain products and others are shipped for free. In addition, you will receive reward points on most orders and these points can be used to reduce the price of your next purchase.
All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars. Prices shown exclude taxes, they will be calculated automatically, depending on your province, in the "Cart" before proceeding to payment.

Order

After your order, if a product is not available, we will contact you to offer you an alternative or cancel the order as desired. Upon receipt of the order, make sure everything is complete. If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the situation.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

In the event that the product purchased is damaged, defective or you want to return it for any other reason, go to "contact us" and submit your request by email or phone during business hours. Transportation costs can be charged to the customer depending on the situation. For some products, we can demand a replacement or exchange rather than a refund.

Typographical Errors

We are making effort to provide accurate information. If a product is displayed at the wrong price or with incorrect information due to any type of errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order with an error, even if the order is completed.
